It’s rather warm lately. We have a heat wave. Toby and I went to town, and came back very warm, so we thought we’d get out the paddling pool and cool down a bit. It was quite funny. He thought we should put it in the shade so we didn’t get roasted, but once the pool was filled up (which took at least 2 hours), it was a bit cooler so I didn’t stay in it for long. Chris came out a bit later and got straight in having been boiling in his bedroom all afternoon, so we got back in for a bit. It was really funny when Chris put his pizza on for tea and then asked Mum to bring it out for him when it was done. We had an old body-board in there to use as a table for drinks, and Mum brought out his dinner on a tray and he ate it in the pool. Read More...
