At 1:30pm I’ll be picked up by a taxi and taken all the way to the terminal at Heathrow. We’re off to Las Vegas for my uncle’s wedding- finally! It seems like this has been some distant future event for so long.
Anyway, I think I should be getting dressed, I’ll keep this post updated throughout the day up to boarding the plane, and even further if the plane has wifi!
16:39. We’re now sitting on the plane waiting for a man to get back from a random security check. The Americans choose random passengers before the flight, and he was already on the plane when they called him. So now we’re waiting for them to finish before we can take off half an hour late. My view is quite nice, I can see the whole wing. Which means I won’t see much of Iceland when we fly over there, or much of anything to be honest. I’ll be taking photos of anything interesting so they’ll be on Flickr at some point when I get back to the UK.
So bye for now, new posts when I land in Las Vegas, as soon as I can find some wifi :)
