I’m a Mac

I’m writing this post from my new MacBook Air. This is the first computer I have ever actually bought myself, and I love it. It’s the most comfortable thing I’ve ever typed with, because it’s hardly there! It’s such a pretty machine, and being as powerful as a big laptop and as small as half a netbook, it’s the perfect partner to my big iMac.

Here’s the tech specs:

  • 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor
  • 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 memory
  • 128GB flash storage
  • Intel HD Graphics 3000 (348MB of DDR3)
  • Height: 0.3-1.7 cm (0.11-0.68 inches)
  • Width: 30 cm (11.8 inches)
  • Depth: 19.2 cm (7.56 inches)
  • Weight: 1.08 kg (2.38 pounds)

And here it is..

I love it. So, now with the desktop, laptop and phone, I have to say I am a Mac, and I’m synced between all 3, up to date wherever I am, and without all the update restarts at inconvenient times, blue screens of death and all the other Windows downfalls. I think it’s fair to say I’ll never go back, at least for my personal computers.
