I have become a sort of expert in this recently. I’ve been feeling very down and my sleep pattern has gone down the drain and I’m feeling quite depressed quite often. This has lead to not feeling like revising for any exams. Partly because nothing goes in, but also I just can’t seem to concentrate on anything at the moment. It does seem to be a symptom of something, along with the insomnia. I might manage to make a doctors appointment at some point and figure out what’s actually wrong with me. Until then though, I’m stuck here failing to remember anything for my last exam, which bodes well!
To cheer myself up this morning I did a quick daily quest on WoW, in the Storm Peaks. I’ve been camping for the rare dragon, Time-Lost Proto Drake for a while (for the rare mount), and doing a daily quest in the middle of that makes it slightly more interesting. The quest reward is a bag with random items in, the rarest of which is [Reins of the White Polar Bear]. Now the drop rate on this is around 3%, so with today being the third time I’ve done this in ages, I wasn’t really expecting it. But lo and behold, there it was! I was quite pleased with myself.
Anyway, after procrastinating on WoW, I am now procrastinating writing this post. Although if I am honest, revision won’t do any good with my brain being in such a state after not much sleep last night. We shall see. I’ll write some more random rambles when I’ve finished my exams tomorrow, which will of course include my birthday, which is friday!
